The water park offered fantastic fun for the kids! Great slides that kept them entertained all day. The staff were super friendly and attentive, especially the lifeguards, making us feel safe while we enjoyed ourselves. The arcade had a nice selection of games that my kids enjoyed. Our room, a Two Beds Standard, was comfortable with a good amount of space. However, the bathroom water pressure was low, making showers less enjoyable. There was some noise from the hallway that made it hard to sleep at times. Darkening curtains would greatly enhance the room comfort, especially with the bright lights from outside. I appreciated the convenient on-site dining options, but some food items felt overpriced. Definitely room for improvement in that area.

We absolutely loved how accommodating the water park was for my kids of different ages. my 10-year-old had endless fun, while my 1-year-old could enjoy a safe splash area. the breakfast was a great deal, especially with kids under 10 eating free with an adult! Plus, the efficient check-in made our entry smooth. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Ruth at the breakfast service—she truly made everyone feel welcome!
The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up, a bit on the noisy side too.
